This challenge is to use border dies or punches and cover the entire front. I decided to use vellum on cream, and then added the flowers which have been fussy cut and accented with glossy white and popped up. I decided the flower panel needed some sort of frame and went for the fiskars scissors which I hardly ever use! Thanks for the inspiration ladies!
