Joan brought us a fun technique this week -- fill the background with lots of punched borders. I wanted to make a card for this month's Fan Club Christmas Card challenge (anything goes!), so I combined the two on this card. I layered strips of snowflake DP and silver glitter paper for my background and added the focal panel, showing off a new stamp set from Mark's Finest Papers called Please Snow. Look for it next week.

Very effective with the alternating snowy paper and glitter card. I need to get my thinking cap on for my June quota of Christmas cards, before I fall behind!
