I used a Darice EF that I have recently purchased to create the bg. I inked it with various TH ink pads, spritzed with water, placed the white paper in the EF and ran it through my CB. Very easy and quick.

That feather ef is really cool..you've created a dreamy bg for a fabulous sentiment...love the sequin accents. An "easy" card that just fell into place??.....I think that "Sallie" artistic talent might have had something to do with it as well ;)
