This card was created for the TRY A NEW TECHNIQUE challenge here at SCS. This was my first building block card. I was intimidated at first, but it really was easy and I love the end result. A very fun fold / card. You can read more about this project on my personal blog here: http://joemamainks.blogspot.com/2014...ully-made

This is fabulous! You came up with great words to use on your blocks - plus that sweet little cupcake which really does look good enough to eat. I like the ricrac on the front, and the sequins, and pink & brown is definitely always a winning combination. I'm glad you enjoyed playing along with the TLC this week .
(and with my gallery moderator hat on, I'm just going to move this into the technique gallery for Building Block Cards, where it's easier for other people to check the gallery for inspiration. It's still visible in your member gallery too!)

Oh I had a whole slew of them! I want to make one that says LATTE TIME and HAVE FUN and CUP CAKE and YOU RULE (with a ruler theme for a teacher or a dad who uses tape measures) I really had a lot of fun with this Thank you for the comments
