I made this card for Kyra's Mix-Ability challenge - you can read more about it on my blog HERE. The focal panel was done using stamped, splattered, painted, and sanded Inktense blocks and pencils. Lots of fun! The background panel began as a cardstock sheet that keeps my desk clean when I paint. I masked it with quilter's tape and drywall tape, pounced with white acrylic paint, and removed the tape to reveal the pattern.

Oh my goodness this is terrific. I love everything that is happening here. What a brilliant way to recycle paper.....I noticed this little customs declaration slip. Love it.

Wow, Dina, I briefly saw this in Feedler the other day and noticed your technique! What a gorgeous result, and I love all the "scraps" and other things you used to achieve this beautiful look! Always reminds me to hang on to my quilting and other craft supplies! We never know when they'll come in handy! Hugs!
