I love paper tole technique. I usually use flowers for this technique. I decided to try get out of my comfort zone. The bottom wing is popped up and the bird body and the top wing are popped up twice as much. I added punched flowers to the image. I stamped flowers to the background. I purposely watercolored outside the lines. That was really hard for me to do. I used the mojo346 sketch.

Super work, Marilynn - I love popping up bird wings for dimension so I think this was a great choice . And the contrast of the hummingbird against the black is fabulous, too.
Thanks for letting me know the chickadee made it!

That loose, outside the lines, colouring is fabulous! It gives a real sense of motion to your scene. The humming bird is a real stunner! Love the sparkle and dimension you gave him. Just like real life! Lovely card.
