I made this for this week's WTUI challenge, to Use Paper Tole / Pop It Up.
Image was stamped on watercolour paper three times. The bear's head and flowerpot rim make the first layer on the base, and then his paws are popped up again for a third layer. I used two different thicknesses of foam tape for my layering, adding Glossy Accents to the ladybird, and Liquid Pearl centres to the flowers.
For the frame, I cut it from Bazill, embossed it, and then swiped it with gold ink and heat embossed with gold EP to make a gilded frame for my little bear.

Great, great, great!! This is adorable. The popped up areas really make this card extra special. The gold frame is awesome and I love the stamp you chose. Terrific coloring, as usual. Favorited.
