Thanks, Nancy! Glad you like it. Now, let me see if I can remember what order I did everything in!
First, I did a light yellow wash on just the bottom corner of the taped off area of watercolor paper. I let it dry, and then stamped the French Script with Versamark and embossed it with clear embossing powder(so later when I added the darker wash, the French Script would still show up light yellow). Then I stamped the French Script in Close to Cocoa on the top part. I hand drew the marigolds using watercolor pencils, and then went over it with a brush and water. I did a light yellow wash around the marigolds(carefully!), and then did a dark brown wash(although it looks more goldenrod) on the bottom, blending it up into a yellow-gold-orange-red wash in the top corner. Last, I stamped the Gentler Times image and embossed it in gold.
