For todays CAS challenge though the colours here are brighter hues than the lovely subtle shades of the colour palette. The background is watercolored with Distress Inks and spritzed with water. I experimented with making tulips using a leaf die, and then some strips of cardstock for leaves and stems - would love to have achieved more curve on the leaves.

Bridget, this is beautiful with all those vivid colors and, of course, the tulips. They're my favorite flower and I've been enjoying them in the gallery all day.

Bright, bold and beautiful! Love your distressed ink background. Your tulips are to pretty and what a great way to stretch your dies but using them differently!

You did the tulips freehand with leaf punches? My goodness, you are creative and love the hand cut leaves and stem! Bridget, you are really a pro at the watercolor! Love your cheerful colors!
