I only had to color my flower twice before I was very happy with the blending. I used my extra as another layer behind my main flower. I stamped a 3rd time and colored the center of the flower, fussy cut and added colored pearls. Loved how it turned out. I stamped off the leaf and then colored so the black Memento ink was much lighter and colored with my O. Olive alcohol markers. Worked pretty well.
Ink: Memento Black, Blendabilities: Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler Assortments
Accessories: Big Shot, Secret Garden Framelits Dies, Burlap Ribbon, White SU pearls colored with Light D. Delight Blendabilitie, dimensionals, papersnips

You have every right to be proud of that fabulous coloring! I love the rich reds and the deep shades you achieved in your blending! I so look forward to seeing more of your wonderful work with alcohol inks!

Your flower is gorgeous Nancy. Fab coloring and I love the dimension with the layers. Love it on the burlap ribbon with the loose threads at the bottom.
