Congratulations, Mary (redi2stamp) on becoming our newly crowned queen. Enjoy your reign
Here is the card of Mary's that inspired me October collage
This is also for Thursday's ways to use it challenge - use your birth month Flower or birthstone. MY birthday is in June - so I used pearls on my card.
I had a piece of left over alcohol ink polished stone paper - I punch out a circle and then just a small portion at the top to make the flower pot. I placed a piece of masking tape on the base card and sponged on tempting turquoise ink. Next I stamped on the flower. Coloured in the leaves with gold metalic ink. Added the mini pearls to the flower centers. Stamped on the sentiment. Then I noticed some gold ink smudged on the left side - That is why I have the three pearls there. Added the black strip at the bottom and the photo corners. Edged them with gold ink....
Thanks for looking, Hugs..Pat

I love your pretty flower pot created from your polished stone piece and the sign of a true artist knows how to deal with those little mishaps and turn them into a part of the piece. Awesome card!

Pat, I love the vase and flowers, and the stencil in the bg is just enough! What a beauty!
