Gladioli are my birth flowers for August. That is one of the reasons I purchased this digital from Powerpoppy. My gemstone is a peridot, so I chose to make my card this shade of green, and also added some gemstones the color of peridots.
This was a fun challenge, Linda. It will be fun to check out the colorful gallery today.

My birth month is August, too. I love what you've done here. Beautiful embossing and coloring on the gladiolas . Love the sentiment. Perfect green for the Peridot. Nicely done! TFS

Liz, this is beautiful with the shades of green. Gladiolas are one of my favorite flowers. It always amazing me how you plant this ugly bulb, and in a few months you have the most striking flowers in an array of colors. Love to use them in bouquets. Thanks for playing today, and sharing this awesome card.

Well done with your choice - I didn't have a gladdie stamp for my August birthday - so went for poppies! I love the monochrome look you chose, it's worked so well.

My grandmother (whose name was Gladys) had glads all over the place. I always loved them. This card is so pretty with the image of the beautiful flowers, and the gems in peridot!
