This card is in honor of Priscilla, today's featured stamper. She is most generous with her comments, her gallery was most enjoyable to browse and finally I chose this card: WT475 Resisted Temptation by catluvr2 at Splitcoaststampers
I'm not sure how she did this with her computer, that is so not in my comfort zone, but to me, the deep red looked somewhat like polished stone so that's what I did. I used all of the reddish inks I had and mixed them together for the underneath part of the mum. The top is cut from white glossy paper too. I thought about adding a sentiment or some kind of top treatment but nothing was coming together for that so I let it be. This is also for yesterday's IC, using this for inspiration: http://www.thegrommet.com/art-statio...by-love-is-art
SOOOOO something I wouldn't want to do myself but I liked the idea of creating art together and the colors. I'm blushing right now.

WOW! Your flower red back ground is so BEAUTIFUL! I love that die cut. The pretty rhinestone and stamped flourishes are so elegant! I don't know that I'd add a sentiment. It's so pretty as it is and could be perfect for so many occasions. Thanks for creating and sharing such a lovely, elegant card.

Priscilla was very creative with her computer (I could never have done that either). Your case is beautiful. I love your polished stone flower. Great inspired card for both challenges.
