This week's 52 Christmas Card Throwdown theme challenge is "The Twelve Days of Christmas". A perfect chance to make another card with one of my very first Christmas stamps - an Old Island Stamp Co. partridge. I love the old wood block look of it. I stamped it in red and then lightly coloured the pears with a pale green. Added a red sentiment which I got really off centre so balanced it with a red gemstone. The dp is actually for the Twelve Days of Christmas so is perfect with it.
It's also for my April quota for SCS Christmas Card Challenge.

What a lovely image Susan, it looks like a woodcut and I love the rich colours you used to ink it up!
