This is a Penny Black Stamp set and die combo. It's a bit fiddly to cut the stamped image with the die, since the die cuts practically right on the stamped line, but it is lovely!

I do love that blue tilted panel! Great way to pull the background white onto it by not colouring in your stamp. The inked colour is all that it needs! Beautiful card!
