Who has see the wind? Neither you nor I.
But when the trees bow down their heads the wind is passing by.
Who has seen the wind? neither I nor you.
But when the trees bow down their heads the wind is passing through.
I love this poem by Christina Rossetti. I hope I remembered it correctly.
When I was deciding how to place the branches, I was going to have them bow down, like the poem. When I did that, it looked like Fall to me, so they are reaching up instead.
I hope you get the feeling that the wind is passing through.

Beautifully done, definitely see spring winds here, Anne, and we get them quite a bit here in Northern Ireland - thanks for including the poem too, I'm impressed that you've remembered it, I would find it hard to quote poetry now, even those things which have made a big impression on me!

One of my favorite poems taught to me in childhood by a brilliant mother!
Who has seen the wind?
Neither I nor you.
But when the leaves hang trembling,
The wind is passing through.
Who has seen the wind?
Neither you nor I.
But when the trees bow down their heads,
The wind is passing by.

I think the only poem I know of hers is Goblin Market, this one is new to me. Thanks for sharing it - as well as your lovely card. I think the branches look good like this, as if they were being tossed in a breeze.
