Toni gave us the theme of "wind" for today's WT. I used a stencil that could be interpreted as air currents. I used it not only as a stencil for sponged color, but as an impression plate(an experiment which worked well). I left a lot of "space" so the air could move. : )

A wonderful feeling of movement here, for sure, Sallie.
I love it when things are versatile - I often use my texture plates for stamped backgrounds, and now this is something else I'll have to try.

Wow Sallie. That stencil sure did double duty and the results are fabulous! I especially love the currents in the air blowing that feather around. Beautiful!

This is brilliant, Sallie, using the stencil to emboss AND stencil! Creating wind is not easy but what a spectacular job you did! You have managed to create that gentle breeze we are all so fond of!
