I love the way the hearts fall over and around the umbrella, and have also noticed other cards on Pinterest that have falling dots, or squares, or even leaves! What really inspires me is the motion you can simulate on a single layer card - making the card more interesting to look at for longer. I just love trying to make things move on card - LOL! So, today I've found the perfect inspiration to give it another try!
I used three pencils, one for each color, and just dipped the eraser into the paints and dotted in a pattern that seemed to cascade to me! Under 2 minutes and LOADS of fun! (I just rinsed the pencils in running water, and they are good as new again!)
I hope you will join us this week and share your uniquely inspired design with us too!
Hugs,
Audrie

You really achieved a dimensional look with the layering of your pencil dots - and I love the idea of using a simple, every day object for a unique twist like this!
