I just bought this stamp the other day and thought it would look pretty in today's sketch. I inked it up with Tempting Turquoise then thumped on some Eggplant, Wisteria and Indigo with markers. I also took a wet brush and used Bermuda Bay ink from the lid to fill in the white areas. I used the same ink to sponge along the edges. I inked up the feather and added a little Indigo along the edges then stamped all three times without reinking. I used markers to add the "eye" detail to each feather. I inked my sentiment with markers, omitting one set of words as I wanted the word strength to be the center. I embossed a base piece of Pacific Point and added gems to the corners and added some mini gems to the tail of my peacock. I added some feathers as the horizontal element of the sketch.

this certainly catches the eye, Gail with your monochromatic colorway. I like how you used it with the
oval, so perfect. And the feathers for the horizontal element...very cool
