I've taken Monday's TLC473 Fringe challenge and today's MIX60 The Printed Word challenge for this card.
Base is Core-dinations embossed with Crafts Too feather ef, sanded, wiped with Inka Gold and edged with a gold pen.
My dictionary page is from a French dictionary, with the entry for "dream" ~ rÍve. I stamped the mouse and coloured it with Polychromos pencils, and some ink from the leafing pen for the stars. For the fringing, I cut some tiny feathers and fringed each edge, then pressed them into Versamark, dipped them in some blue Perfect Pearls and then misted them with water.
Sentiment stamped on vellum and embossed, then the edges were torn.
Unfortunately my star confetti was silver not gold - maybe over the weekend I might find some time to spray some more with gold spray paint and add them instead. The feathers are tied with gold floss.

Love that you stamped ON the dictionary page! And you do distressed style cards so very well, Sabrina. Love the roughly cut and then stitched piece with the sentiment on it. The stars and feathers are so sweet. This is really charming!
