This is a card I made for an online card class I'm participating in. The focus of the class is one layer cards. This lesson demonstrated tracing stamped images with silver or gold and coloring.
I stamped the image with Spun Sugar Distress ink and traced it with a Gelly Roll Silver Star pen. It was watercolored using a waterbrush and the Spun Sugar ink ribbed onto an acrylic block. I added shading with the Spun Sugar marker, then roughly sponged ink around the edge of the flower because I had a smudge that needed covering.
I stamped the image and trace over it with the silver, then added random dots of varying sizes with the same pen. I wish I had placed it a little lower, but it is what it is... Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.
As always, thanks for looking!
