Another layered stamp card for homework for the current online card class: one layer cards 3.

I absolutely love this technique, and this layout. I will be making a bunch of these to have on hand.

I started by masking a portion of the card, then stamped the Stamp Camp bg image in latte. I added a bunch of circles randomly, and finally added the sentiment. I used a stamp-a-ma-jig for it, but it's still a bit off.
