For today's Inspiration Challenge.
Compared to last week I struggled more to find inspiration although I enjoyed browsing the site. There was some chocolate packaging with black and white gingham and a red label, I've mentally bookmarked that.
However, unusually for me I opted for taking a colour theme - and the fact that this Elixir design came from a student in Ireland clinched it.
I cut the feathers from watercolour paper because I wanted to use inks to colour them, to keep the translucent feel of the drinks. I added little cork flowers in each corner, as I wanted to include the element of the corks in the bottles, and from the packaging I added black dots all round my scored edge.
