Today I've made two cards using copper in a different way than my usual die-cuts.
I dry embossed a heated piece of copper and used it as the backdrop fro my white silhouette leaf die-cut. The copper embosses deeply because it is thicker than card stock.

Wow! I didn't think it could get any prettier than the die cut cards you have posted, but this is very cool. I love how it both compliments and contrasts with the die cut.

TYFS theses stunning copper cards. I really appreciate that you gave us such excellent directions on your blog. I certainly hope to try out this technique in the future. A favorite for sure!
