The look I was going for was a mountain/meadow through a rain splashed window. The rain has stopped, and the sun is out. I water colored the scene, then scanned it into my computer added special effects (rain on glass) and printed it on a transparency. Cut and mounted on embossed BG then ran my SN ink across the raised border. (I still have the original water colored scene to use later on another card.)

Love your blend of technology and hand-work! Very effective. I bet the transparency (which really isn't visible in the photo) really adds to the wet window look IRL. Your embossed borders are terrific too!
