F4A: use yellow, blue and another color. I chose an orange red. Because I did the watercolor wash, the blue and yellow mixed to become a somewhat blue green and the red and yellow mixed to become more orange. But I truly started with yellow and blue.
MIX: do a color wash background. I had already done a large sheet of this color wash so was ready to go with it. For interest, I added the webbing spray and a little white gel pen in the centers of the Penny Black flowers. I was inspired by this lovely card of Julie Warner's: Pink & Green Pinecones CAS244, HYCCT1326 by justwritedesigns at Splitcoaststampers
I kept mine even more CAS. I'll probably use this as a sympathy card someday.

I love the image. I love the distressing and I love the mix of dull and bright colors. Looking at your cards is like walking through a famous art gallery. No kidding!
