Today's CAS challenge is to use a neutral colour palette based on a inspiration photo. I needed to make a pet sympathy card so thought the palette would be just right.
I had the perfect dp that really matches the inspiration photo - in real life, the dp is much browner than in the photo where it looks almost black. I let the sentiment take centre stage, heat embossed it, die cut it and sponged around it while the die was still in place, and popped it up on dimensionals.

what a beautiful thought for a friend losing a pet....that is so hard...wonderfully done too....TFS..:0)

What an uplifting pet sympathy card. The sentiment is wonderful and I like how you let it be the focus of the card without goobering it up with embellishments and designer paper and such. Simple and elegant! Nicely done. TFS

I love this Susan and love that sentiment! I have had to do a dog sympathy before and sentiments are not easy to find. What a lovely frame you created for it.
