I made this card for 2 challenges, one was the Technique Lover Challenge (3/3/14) to emboss on vellum, the other was a Clean & Simple Challenge (3/3/14) to use neutral colors with the dessert option to use a natural element on the card. The natural element here is the burlap ribbon....it does have glitter embedded in it which makes it rather un-natural, but so it goes!
I went a little wild with the application of pearls. I suspect that a few of them will fall off when it it is mailed, so perhaps the appropriate amount will still be intact when it is received on the other end.

This is a beautiful card and the embossing is lovely on the vellum. I was about to say I had that ribbon but mine doesn't have glitter embedded.

Absolutely beautiful! I love the embossing with the die cut flourish. And I agree, one can never have too many pearls.
