The two major problems I have are sloped ceilings in my old farmhouse and too much stuff!
With regard to my sloped ceiling in my craft room, I do not have one full wall to work with. This wall and its opposite top out at about 3 1/2" before sloping up to the ceiling. The other two walls contain the bedroom door and a window. It's been difficult to find a shelving system/unit to work for me.
My second problem is too much stuff. I'm not sure that I have bought a bunch of duplicate items but finding just what I want (easily) can be challenging. In honor of this challenge, I spent 4 1/2 hours cleaning up and organizing after this photo. I'm happy to say that I have floor space and have put in 4 new cube organizer that help tremendously. I made six cards today along with attending a birthday party and completing three loads of laundry. I think organization does allow me increased creativity and greater speed!
Thanks for looking!

Oh thank you sooooooo much for uploading this. I just showed this picture to DH and I said, "see this is NORMAL". My craft area looks exactly like this Bonnie, I always say it is difficult to be creative AND tidy. I will not be showing your other two photos. Love it all.

One day my room will move to sloped wall room like yours and I chose the cubes too. I glue them together first to make them sturdier. I have been mixing and matching cubes for 4 or 5 yrs. I made an island with them to use for a cutting station. all the dies, cricut carts etc are in the drawers below the station. They also line my walls.
wow, looks like mine....and I have tons of space-just do what you are doing-tidy up every once in a while and you will discover stuff you had forgotten you had. Then, if you find doubles, you give the other to your friend....needless to say my friend likes it when I clean up my room...

Lol, I was looking for the "Like" button on Susie's comment! Me too! My craft area is in our loft, with high sloped ceiling, highest full wall being under 2 ft. My table is pulled out from the wall so I can use it (without bumping my head) and I have piles of stuff stored between the wall & tables, storage then secret, unknown/forgotten/crawl in & bump head storage. Stuff I use is piled in front, cutting down on walking area between table/storage & edge of loft overlooking living room. My husband walks in, shakes his head, turns around & walks away. Thanks for sharing your before & after! Great ideas I hope to incorporate in to organize my stuff better!
