I was very surprised to find that I did not have the ink pad for Soft Sky. I MUST remedy that ASAP! So, I chose to use Pool Party. I inked an acrylic block and spritzed it with water. The Bermuda Bay and Midnight Muse ink pads are the new ones and they inked beautifully. The Pool Party is the older ink pad and I really had to press hard to get it to stick to the block. I added the flowers and I fussy cut and popped up the larger of the flowers.
It seems like that last couple of cards that I have made all have the same design.....I must be in a rut!

Lesley, your card is beautiful! Love the watercolored bg effect you achieved with the ink pads, acrylic blocks and water. I totally agree about the new SU ink pads doing a better job. The flower you added on top is beautifully done too.

Very pretty technique, Lesley...lent itself well to the clean layout that you chose (stay in that "rut" - it works!!) Your flower positioning and the popped one are perfectly positioned. Wonderful card, my friend!
