Just watched a YouTube about negative painting. You use the same color but various shades. I decided to go with red for today's challenge.....details...
Took w/c paper drew a few circles then painted around the outside of them. Repeat this process three times making each set of new circles darker.
Then I just went crazy adding some shading and little white dots. I also smashed some white paper over my left over paint and punched out some hearts.
Well, hope you like my shades of red card.....TFL :0)

Holy Curt cow!!! This is amazing.....it truly popped out at me!!! Love the circles and Love the hearts! Did you do the white dots with a paintbrush??? They are perfectly rounded. Love this red delight!

There's nothing negative about the end result of this red beauty, Cathy! I love it, the little white polka dots add a little whimsy to all the drama of the red!

You are rockin the mixed challenges, Mut...and inspiring me. I like the bold hues and the contrast of the white dots. Still groovin' on 'yesterday' s card....so very cool
