Today's Teapot Tuesday is creating cards for Sharon, a friend of Karen (redbugdriver), who has had some health issues. I got the cheater email that contained only a photo of the teapot and not the song, so this card was completely inspired by the teapot that showed the globe.
The minute I saw the globe, I remembered I had saved some advertising newspaper inserts that included a really nice globe image. And believe it or not, I was actually able to get my hands on it pretty quickly, (knowing I have something, somewhere, but not knowing where is my biggest frustration as a stamper). And the image worked perfectly in the biggest circle nestie -- so thank you Publix supermarkets for your Flavor Excursion campaign from last fall.
The verse is from a blog called Word Art Wednesday, which posts a new one each week.
I just added mats and flowers, and I hope it will brighten Sharon's day.

Beautiful! The blue and white theme has me thinking of delft pottery. The scripture is beautiful, and in a wonderful font! Sharon will find this beauty to be very inspirational!

You are like me......I am always saving colourful flyers and pictures from magazines. You have done an awesome job of repurposing that cool globe picture. It works so well with the bg floral paper. That is a wonderful verse too.

Thanks for this card for Sharon. She will think it's as pretty as I do. How cool to recycle the flyer. Thank you for sending this encouraging verse to Sharon.

Great use of that globe - I can certainly relate to that question of "where is..."!
You are right - the Word Art blog is great - and your choice of verses is perfect. Just a great card..

What a beautiful card and how clever are you to use an image that works perfectly. PS I hear your frustration - I share the same frustrations - more often than I'd like to admit!
