This card is for Featured Stamper challenge FS366, based on a fun card by Kathleen Curry.
The card is dedicated to our own Miss Boo. Here is the back story..... Miss Boo started our FS challenges years ago. And her intention was that we take a card from the person's gallery and really base a card on it. Over the years sometimes this intention has morphed but that is the true spirit of the challenge. To really take that person's style, and take a specific card, and use that as the source of inspiration.
Today, I confess, I wanted to cheat. I wanted to take a card I made yesterday and find an image in the gallery and "match" it. But I found myself thinking of the original intention and how I would just be cheating to get some views.
I ALWAYS browse the gallery of the FS. Sometimes I lurk, sometimes I use the card as an inspiration but not until a month. Sometimes I comment. ALWAYS I appreciate
So I went through the gallery (for a third time) again today -- and serendipity struck. I had a bunch of supplies in front of me and this card came together IN FIVE MINUTES.
That is the other reason this card is dedicated to Miss Boo. Because this card is CAS, and Miss Boo encourages us to keep things simple.
Thanks, Miss Boo, for being an inspiration in ways you don't even know.
I hope you enjoy this card sample using Karen Burniston's Heart Pivot Card. I spent days, and I am not kidding -- DAYS trying to come up with a design. You should see the convoluted attempts I have on my table. I did finally land on a design which I am also now posting to my gallery (with no challenge key words ;) -- and I like it too.

Yes, as you so well illuminated the heart of the FS challenge...this card is a nicely inspired today's Featured Stamper. And thank for for the link...I might just have to case you, Lela!
As a side note, when I was FS, I was so amazed at the cards made in my style. It is so cool to honor the FS in that way. And to Miss Boo...she is a blessing to our community.
