Don't you just love it when I project takes on a life of it's own? I had in mind that I wanted a torn paper oval base cover with the fairy on the inside. I had papers in green chosen (hence the greenish sponged bg behind the fairy). I worked and worked it and each time I showed it to my daughter, she just shook her head and told me it was terrible. IT WAS!!! Somewhere along the line, I switched papers, tore an oval from paper as background oval and viola! I LOVE this card!
I stamped the fairy first, then masked her and added the mushrooms, doesn't she sit on the mushrooms like she was made for them? As a final touch I added a shimmer of glitter to the fairy wings, can you see it?

Amazing. I can't believe how great the masked fairy on the mushroom came out. Your card stopped me in my tracks when I looked at the gallery. Fantastic job. Every part of this card is beautiful.

Awesome card! Super job stamping the tiny fairy on the mushroom - I thought it was all one stamp until I read your comments. yes I can see the glitz - so petty!
