Queen Robin, most worthy card monarch, is a member of our favorites notification team as a sub- and is FABULOUS! Her words are uplifting and insightful, and - Oh, wow! - her gallery is chock-full of creative great fun! Here's the bottle card I chose to CASe:
Robin's cards are brightly colored with lots of layers and embellishments. Not so much mine. I eliminated the ribbon, moved the bg panel, added a tab (CAS25, and did NO real layers, simulating the layers with masking and sponging, ala TLC467. I used subdued colors from this week's color challenge (orange, pink, gray, with an interesting bg), except for the pop of orange with the poppy. Pun intended. I'm thinking the wallpaper stamped bg would qualify as interesting.

Now it's beautiful, artful cards like this that make be wish I could stamp! Your cards always look so perfectly put together. Your faux layering is magnificent.

I love what you did with this stamp! Your card is fantastic - love the lacy border and the background in the oval. Great way to combine challenges!

I have to agree with Jody on the use of the stamp which I now somehow can't live without! I would most definitely have guessed there were layers on this! Fabulous card, Brenda!

I love how soft and subtle the colors look here.
