The groundhog may have seen his shadow this week and predicted a long winter, but this week's challenge colors say spring is on the way! I love these colors and had so much fun with this fantastic stamp set - designed by our own Color challenge player LisaLara!
I used copics for my coloring and not sure I got the colors quite right, so sponged the butterfly's pink wings with Primorose (helped to tone down my pink a little). Used Bordering Blue for the clouds which was as close as I could get to the basic gray, but did use C1 and C3 copics in my coloring, so counting that.
My clouds may count as the Desert option to design my own BG...Either way, it was all in fun, and remember, Spring is coming!

Jenney, this is a delight! Your images are charming to begin with, but you brought them to life with your coloring...especially the butterfly. Clean and "fresh like a daisy". : )

Oh my goodness, this is a precious card. I love those flowers and the cutest clouds ever. Not a thing here I don't like. I can't wait for spring, actually I'm pining for summer.

I saw this new set of Lisa's online and admired it. You have made the cutest card with it! The bordering blue is the perfect sub for grey. Adorable card.
