lots of layers with faux barn board. Cardstock, shoe polish, glue, paint. When the first layer was done, I decided to add torn piece of encyclopdia and did faux barn board all again. I really like how this turned out.

Holy moley macaroni!!!! This is fantastic MariLynn!! Your card is gorgeous. You and Pam are really doing well with this Mixed Media thing. Your flowers with this barn technique really look lovely. This is going directly into my favs.

Ooooh I love it too! Shoe polish - I think I'll be digging around to find some. I love the layers, and those flowers really draw the eye. Great color combination! Thanks for playing the mix-ability challenge!
