I'm not sure about this card, I thought I'd make an attempt at a stained glass window with this dp and the result was not as I'd imagined. Our church isn't the traditional, stained glass window type, it's come-as-you-are and I don't associate praying with going to church, it's an every day conversation thing, but you know how you get an idea in your head and just have to give it a try! This is for the sketch challenge, however I put the sentiment on the horizontal strip and added flowers for the litte rectangular bit of the sketch underneath.

I know you were aiming for a stained glass window, but when I saw your thumbnail, the first thing that I felt was like I was looking through a window at someone's contemporary quilt as a wall hanging. In fact, I thought of the Quilt Museum in Paducah, KY...a fabulous collection with the BEST examples of quilting from traditional to contemporary "fabric ART". It's a beautiful card...regardless of what the viewer sees.

Such a pretty card. I never know what to do with my brick ef so you have inspired me. I have also been on the fence about getting a window die cut, but yours looks so awsome that I think I have to go shopping.

My parents made a lot of stained glass lamps and other things and the stained glass is made according to what the artist wants, so yours is what you wanted and is bright and beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
