This is my card for CAS257 which is a color challenge and TLC466 which was to make your own stamp. I had such fun that I made two stamps. This is my second. I used Spellbinders Flower Creations Leaf to make a stamp from fun foam, and stamped the flower and the leaves with it. The flower center is stamped with another one of the dies.
Confession. I have messed up the bare spots on my paper, and ink does not erase, so had to cut out the entire image and glue it onto another piece of cardstock. It worked OK. The flower stem is cut freehand from Kraft and glued on. I have to say I am pleased.

This is SO clever, Carol! I love the way you designed the flower using just a leave. And it is stamped so beautifully too! This is TOO fun and going right into favorites!

I'm glad you had such fun with this, Carol! I love your warm sunflower-like blossom. I always want to grow some of the rusty red ones, but according to DH sunflowers are yellow and that's that. I love the happy feel to this.
And, I somehow doubt if there's anybody else who doesn't identify with the ink smudges. It's (to me) one of the downsides of CAS one layer cards - they're so unforgiving.
