This week for our 200th Queen, Trish announced Sharon (aka Shendrian)was selected! Sharon is so very kind with her comments and her gallery is amazing! So many beautiful cards! A kind friend set me the image and it tempted me to case this card: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2366636
I did emboss the brown panel, but it mostly cover up. Anyway, I like the way the colors of the horse turned out. So I am glad I gave it a go!
Sharon, I hope you have a wonderful week as Queen!!!

Oh Kathleen...horses are my favorite (you know that right??) I so love your card! Beautiful card and love the vintage button on top. Love the paper too!! I probably never told you that I had horses for years but when my back got too bad (some sort of arthritis) I couldn't ride anymore and my DH wouldn't let me keep them as pets...for some odd reason. Could be because he said that they were big black holes who ate green (money) and pooped green!! Heehee! That they are but they are still gorgeous animals!!

Oh my Miss Kathleen this is amazing. I agree with everyone that the image is beautiful but it is your colouring that brings the card to life. I love everything about this. Another fav for sure.

What a gorgeous card! I'm a horse lover (as well as cat lover) and I love this image and the way you've colored it. A perfect card for a man, or any horse lover.

WOW on that coloring, Kathleen! I'm in awe of the blending and shading and love the fade as the image approaches the edge of the frame! This is FABULOUS!
