Oh no! What happened to my roses? They used to be a warm coral pink. It might have something to do with the whopping 9 degrees outside! It's not as cold as some, but I wouldn't break out any suntan lotion!
Today's challenge was to make a card using warm or cool colors depending on our temp. outside. Obviously I went with cool. I colored my stamped rose with prisma water colors. I even added a touch of blue into the green for the leaves and stem. I'm not sure if the picture picked that up. I stamped a couple of extra roses and cut out the petals so I could have them falling. After everything was glued down I added some glitter glue to give it an icy look.

Really pretty ..I love the addition of the blue to the green leaves..it's perfect and the sparkle..well it certainly goes with the cool theme :) Great job Geni! And I'm going to take your suggestion..I think hot chocolate may be on the menu for later today..already had my tea. Keep warm.
