This card is for this week's challenges. I finally sat down and stopped organizing my craft supplies and used some today. (Well I still did some organizing today, but at least I put ink to paper, too!) Using this week's Color Challenge colors, I stamped my main image on Crumb Cake CS with white craft ink and embossed it. Per Monday's Technique Challenge, I used my Aqua Painter to color the image, first with white craft ink and then when that was dry with reinkers in the challenge colors. I cut this piece in a circle and added a scallop border for this week's CAS challenge. I stamped a greeting.
The butterfly was punched out of Blushing Bride CS and then I inked a design element stamp from Simple Delights and lined the butter fly up on the center of that stamp. It created a beautiful pattern on the wings. I used a white gel pen to add some accents which you can sort of see. To create the strip for today's sketch challenge, I punched a pink layer with the large border scallop, ran it through an embossing rolder and then punched a layer of Wild Wasabi CS with the same punch and placed the pink on top of this. I added a bow and some pearls and here it is.
EDIT: When I went into the gallery to comment, I noticed that my card was missing a panel at the top. So I added white craft ink to the Fancy Fan EF and embossed a piece of Crumb Cake CS and added it. I felt as though something was missing anyways, so this looks more finished to me. I also added a leaf from a different image but the same set to the flower stems.

Scrumptiously pretty card. You have so many little details that just add to the overall beauty of the card. I perfectly understand the need to place the organizing on hold to actually put some of our pretty stuff to use
