I sure goofed today. I needed a card for my nephew and made one using today's sketch and in my excitement, I put in the envelope, actually almost mailed it and totally forgot to take my picture and upload. Thankfully, I was late for an appt so didn't take the mail along. When I came home, I dug it out and took my picture. Whew!
I glued a piece of blue CS onto the Marco's Brown Bag, painted my embossing folder with Fired Brick and embossed the entire thing. My nephew has a wonderful garden in SC in summer and I just sent him a little "help" named Sam. It was fun to make and I like how it turned out.

I love that brick background for your too cute scarecrow! It looks so real the way you inked the folder. What a thoughtful card for him. It's always fun to read your descriptions on your recycled products!

Carol, love your creative brick bg and the scarecrow is great for your gardening brother. Flip flops make great gardening shoes since you can wash them off with the hose. He is really going to enjoy your card....and I'm glad you caught it in time to photograph it and share it with us all! : )

That brick background embossing looks amazing! I thought I was the only one who forgets to take a picture! I never remember in time to rescue the card from the envelope though! This is a great card for a guy, especially a gardening guy! TFS

I just love what you did with the brick background. You must have just been too busy multitasking...forgetting wouldn't have anything to do with getting 'older' I shouldn't think!!

Really cool scarecrow! Love the embossed bricks in the background! I especially like the fire brick red that settled into the embossed areas! Looks so awesome! GREAT guy card!!!
