Hello friends,
I didn't know this would be an all day thing but because of unforeseen things that kept popping up...well you know how it goes. Thought I had the day off but emergency circumstances dictated otherwise. I got my inspiration from Catluvr2 (the word in her card name "warrior") and from Susie Australia with her altered art project...can't remember the name of it but it had a guy with an umbrella on it. I didn't have room for this whole scripture but I was thinking of "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord our God". PS. 20:7
This is my Steampunk horse...love it! I love horses of any kind but...my trust is in the Lord!
My tape is Score-tape and I used it with Elizabeth Craft Design glitter. ps. My dh likes this card, yay!
Thanks for looking!

That horse IS too cool!!! You colored him just perfectly, too! Your use of loose glitter did make me shudder (because I can just picture it EVERYWHERE), but it looks perfect on this card!

Robin, I LOVE this steampunk horse and your coloring is amazing. Love your handmade glittered tape you used (you are braver than me trying that technique), and the brad screws, the cogs. It all is perfect together. Another scripture this made me think of was "Put on the full armor of God...", Eph 6:11a. A wonderful card.

You have a gallery to be watched! You have created a wonderful steampunk look. The image AND the mat behind the horse is beautiful (especially around the horse's mane). I'm spellbound!
