Congratulations Rebecca (rebeccadeeprose) on becoming our newest featured stamped. I really enjoyed looking through your wonderful, amazing works of art. Here is the card that inspired me In the breeze
I used a branch instead of a clothes line and birds instead of the close. I cut out some white felt clouds using a die cut. Then I painted overtop with white acrylic paint.
I used a stencil, sponged design with soft sky ink. Placed drywall tape over parts of the blue dp and sponged overtop with cameo coral ink. Used my polka dot stencil and painted white acrylic paint through the dots. Cut out the cork branches with die cut. Punched out some leaves, glued on with tombow glue. Then attatched the flowers with white mini brads. Die cut out the birds, sponged edges. popped up the birds. Used distress ink on the edges of the blue and kraft cardstock. Sewed edges. Popped up the image panel. Finished the inside of the cards... I really like how this turned out. I will be sending this to my bestie who recently lost her brother and father :(
Thanks for looking,
Hugs.Pat

I can see why you picked that card of Rebeccas. So cute as are these 2 little love birds. great case of style and love your little puffy clouds. I still laugh at myself when I see your cards as I still ahve not taken out my sewing machine to try that edging...lol...maybe this years goal...it DOES look so neat and soft.
that and your poor friend for losing her brother and dad must be sooo hard. Your gift of love and prayers will so lift her up...sweet of you....TFS..:0)
