Since I have never made a bar mitzvah card and I need one for a ceremony for twins this weekend, I did the unthinkable - I went to Target to buy 2 cards. OMG! There were only two to choose from and one was uglier than the other. Then the price-$3.99 each!!!! I ran right home and checked the challenges for inspiration. Thanks all of you for your great cards - they really helped me. The colors from the color chalenge were perfect. Rumaged through my hoarders size collection of cardstock. Can you believe it? Only one piece of indigo paper. Note to self - stop buying fall colored paper. Next, the sketch challenge was just what I needed. Printed the free digi flower out on white cardstock and colored with copics. Uaed the scallop ovals to die cut the raspberry and indigo ovals. Layered and snail glued everything and added the sentiment and pearls. Mazel tov is congratultions in hebrew. Saved $8.00 dolars since I would have had to buy 2 cards - thats more to spend on craft supplies. Now if only finding presents suitable for 13 year olds was this easy.

Fantastic choice of colors and patterns...the copic coloring in the flowers really pulls out the colors in the papers. $8 to be well spent elsewhere...but NOT on fall colored CS! LOL

What a great image! You colored it beautifully and combined it with some terrific papers!
