This week we have two ladies who are friends, that are sadly sharing a Breast Cancer experience. First Kendra was diagnosed and started treatment. Her friend Elke felt a lump, went in for her Mammogram and was found to be cancer. Both ladies are now going through the treatment together. Sad to be happening at all, but good to have your BFF right there with you through it all.
So not that I want the extra points, but we get them if we make two cards, one for each of these young women. I did that. I haven't decided whom will get which one, Maybe on the inside, I'll fix it so they can be shared.
I love this image of the Deco Lady. The bg is done with alcohol inks, while the image is stamped with Timber Brown Staz On. There's a few touches of color added to her eyelid, cheek, lips and hair decoration.
This card was easier to make than to photograph.

Very cool Deco lady! Really interesting swirls on that stamp! I like how you added just a bit of color too! Wonderful sentiment and fantastic corners on your beautiful card!!!

What an elegant, arty image and the soft way you've stamped and coloured it is just perfect, Jennifer...a beautiful sentiment "courage" - just that one word conveys so much. The punched corners are lovely too!

Beautiful card with the Art Nouveau image......ladylike and feminine. It is beautiful on the matte gold bg. The corner punchings are so fitting with your design.

Wow Jennifer this is beautiful, I love how subtle the Art Deco inmate is, at first glance I didn't see your lady and then all of a sudden there she was. Beautiful.

What a wonderful image! Your ink background is so soft, mine never come out looking like that! And just the hints of colour in the lady remind me of those old tinted sepia photos - just perfect!
