I had really good intentions of joining in today's color challenge much earlier today but sometimes I guess plans just don't go as we plan. LOL! Sorry to have been MIA. Between the flu, the holidays, being away, homeschooling and now my daughter having pneumonia, time has been scarce.
This week's CC460 colors chosen by Becky were Rich Razzleberry, Night of Navy and Island Indigo. Since I did not have Island Indigo, I had to substitute a color as close to it as possible. Since I didn't fully read the color challenge, I neglected the dessert of splatters...oops!! Thanks for a great challenge Becky...it really made me think out of the box or my comfort zone.
Since I have several friends and family members with birthdays in January, I thought I would create a birthday card.

Oh what a beautiful bouquet of blue daisies, Chris! Your fussy cutting is perfect...love the dimension you've created! The die-cut looks great as well as your choice of ef's!

Chris, this is gorgeous. Am loving this new stamp set. Your daisies are beautiful. Hope your daughter is well soon, and hope your schedule slows down a bit. Sounds like you need a break :-)

This is so pretty Chris. Love those daisies. I'm going to get the canning jars and fillers tonight or tomorrow. Love how the jar looks real. ODB is one of my favorite companies.
Wow, this is beautiful. The flowers are so realistic and the frame really sets it off. Great card for today's color challenge.
