The current challenge over at ODBD is Anything Goes with ODBD stamps. I'm running very late on making a gift set of 6 cards for a friend in church - but she did ask me to make a card and birthday cake for our elder and I was up to my eyes in those last time I saw her.
I'm making three like this, with a different verse on each one.
Image stamped, embossed with clear EP, lighthouse masked and the sky sponged in. Scripture stamped over that. It's layered on some kraft embossed with SU's Square Lattice sponged over with Brushed Corduroy, and the main layer is Core-dinations embossed with the Plaid ef and sanded. Base is white card sponged with Vintage Photo distress stain. I added a brad to the centre of the compass rose, wich was coloured with a metallic gel pen, and I added some twine to finish it off.
