This is for Michelle's WT challenge today.
For the last 5 years the Christmas Card challenge here has been a great motivator for me as I try to make Christmas cards through the year. But I've felt increasingly guilty that I don't have time to comment on cards from all the other people participating in it, so this year I didn't sign up for it, instead I'm aiming to self-motivate. I'm also planning to make 4 fairly similar cards each month, to be more time-efficient.
So for this set of 4, I started out with wrinkle free distress backgrounds, using a sheet of card cut into 4, and creating the background using old paper, weathered wood and tea dye.
For this pair, I stamped the wrinkle free distress background with CAC Music in Tea Dye. Then I stamped the foliage from Peaceful Wishes in Iced Spruce all round the top and sides, and LOTV Grunge Corners in Vintage photo. Along the bottom I added the Frostyville border cut from pearlescent gold card. All edges finished with Versamark and gold EP.
The angels were cut from scraps.
Verve sentiment stamped on white card and coloured with Sakura Stardust and Metallic pens (blue and silver), and popped up very slightly with chipboard.

Sabrina this is an excellent idea. I did not join the challenge last year for the same reason. I just didn't have time to leave all the comments. I hardly sent out any Christmas cards. I have three brand new sets bought for Christmas that never even got inked! That is pathetic of me. Good luck with your goal.
